- We will gladly accept unworn, unwashed, unaltered, or unused merchandise in sellable condition, provided the tag is still attached, for a refund.
- Swimwear can only be returned if the hygiene seal has not been removed.
- We kindly ask that you don’t combine multiple orders in a single return, as this can complicate processing for our team. To ensure a smooth return process, please initiate separate returns for each order number.

We want you to love your BYOODEPOOL pieces, but if something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 15 days of purchase.

How it works:
1. Enter your order number and zip code to begin.
2. Select the items you’d like to return.
3. Choose your return method: drop off at a designated location or ship it back via mail.
4. After submitting your return, you’ll receive an email with a shipping label (for mail returns).
5. Please securely pack your items—original packaging is preferred for a smooth process.
6. Once your return is received, you’ll get an email confirmation of your refund. For mail returns, this may take up to 72 hours after drop-off.

- For all US returns, we will deduct $4.90 from your refund amount whether you opt for one of our return bar locations or print a return label. All US exchanges are free of charge, but will be limited to one exchange per customer.
- Please note that shipping charges, discounts, and package protection fees are non-refundable.
